The team of Hubl Edelstahltechnik closely exchanges information with the responsible persons already in the development phase of their customers. The project management and design of the sheet metal specialists ensure optimal conditions right from the start of the project so that the products of their customers are designed and produced in a production-related and cost-optimised manner. If necessary, a value-added analysis is carried out to optimise existing products.
In addition to the pure implementation of the sheet metal design, a further focus of our services is the integration of sensitive control technology, pneumatics, hydraulics and mechanical components. Experience is required at these sensitive interfaces to the sheet metal.
On request, numerous additional services can be provided, such as FEM calculations, FAT acceptance tests, functional and height profile measurements, tests according to AD 2000 regulations and project documentation according to individual customer specifications in German or multilingual.
